What is your return policy?
You have 30 days to cancel your order and an additional 30 days to return the item. Once we have received the product in good condition, we will refund the full amount, including the original shipping costs.

Are there any costs associated with returning products?
No – returns are free of charge. You will receive a prepaid return label to print. We recommend using Track & Trace so the parcel can be monitored. For full details, please read our Returns Policy.

How long does it take to process a return?
Once we have received your return parcel, we will process it within 7 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been completed.

ORDERING & DELIVERY

What are the delivery times and shipping costs?
We offer free standard delivery within the United Kingdom. Delivery time is usually 7–10 working days, including processing and dispatch. Any potential customs delays are not included. Full details can be found in our Shipping Policy.

Do you ship internationally?
No – at the moment we only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. This ensures faster delivery and better customer service.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your parcel via our page: Track Your Order.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Will I receive an invoice?
Yes – you will automatically receive an invoice by email once your order has been completed.

Do any payment methods include additional fees?
