Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email contact@luxinette.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Our team will provide the return address and instructions.
  4. After receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll process your refund within 14 days to the original payment method.

Order changes

If you would like to change your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot change your order after these 2 hours.

Lost packages

If your package is lost in transit, we'll gladly replace it and ensure your order reaches you—provided the correct address was selected during checkout.
If you don't request a replacement, we'll have to wait 30 days before we issue a refund if the package is still received. Our customer service team will check your order regularly during these two weeks and provide updates.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please email us immediately with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund

Refunds Window

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
  • If approved, the refund will be automatically processed via your original method of payment.
  • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Cancellation policy
